The Lord's ChildrenPrayer Request
December 1, 2007  Mimi and I, and HaMoreh Ministries, are blessed to call six African students our own and care for them as family. Please pray for Gratien (Rwanda), Becky (Ethiopia), Allan (Uganda), Daniel (Niger), Ibrahim (Niger), and Fidelite (Rwanda) as they labor in study at Daystar University, Nairobi learning to enjoy God more through being transformed by the renewing of their minds. Please pray for their physical, spiritual, and emotional needs. At this time, we would ask that you pray especially for Becky's health as she has recently been in hospital and will have another surgery in January. Please continue to pray for Fidelite as she ministers to the orphans that stay with her, and for Daniel, and Ibrahim as they travel with their music ministry. Gratien will soon be starting his last semester in university. All are nearing the end of another semester - Lord help us finish well! Answer to Prayer
Over the last 2 ˝ months, I have prayed mightily with our African children for safety, for calm, and for the ability to focus in spite of the violence in Kenya. God has kept safe all 6 of our children. They are progressing nicely and missed little school time this semester. Becky’s health is clearing up. Dan and Ibrahim keep on ticking and grow in hopes of ministering more broadly. Please continue to pray for Fidelite - please pray that God will clear her eyes using whatever means He chooses. Thank you, Lord, for all of your gracious provisions - perhaps most exciting is Gratien now counting the weeks until his graduation! Amen. |
